COOK  offer fantastic  meatballs in a delicious rustic sauce which can be cooked in many different ways. Their three serving suggestions for your BIG dinner are:

(i) Classic meatballs and spaghetti – top the spaghetti with meatballs and plenty of sauce, add parmesan and garnish with basil.

(ii) Meatball Bowl with grains, broccoli and avocado – put your meatballs and sauce on top of pre-cooked grains, add freshly steamed broccoli and sliced avocado and season well with sea salt and cracked black pepper.

(iii) An Indulgent meatball and mozzarella sub – fill a sliced sub roll with 3 meatballs and sauce, top with slices of mozzarella, then grill until the cheese is melted and golden.
