Jean-Michel Gauffre is a beloved French chef of Edinburgh and the proprietor of the restaurant, La Garrigue (www.lagarrigue.co.uk) which offers rustic, family style cooking and specialises in the food of Jean-Michel’s home region, Languedoc.
Jean-Michel also offers wine tours in Languedoc (www.languedocwinetours.co.uk) – hopefully these will return when unrestricted travel is once again possible.
