Gavin Hastings’ Healthy Salmon Dinner

Ingredients

Salmon fillets from your local fishmonger

Piccolo tomatoes

Lemon juice

Chilli flakes

Black pepper

Noodles

Corn on the cob

Broccoli

Asparagus

Method

Sprinkle the salmon fillets with lemon juice, chilli and black pepper and cook in the oven with the baby tomatoes for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Bake the corn on the cob in the oven for about 30 minutes.

Steam the green veg.

Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions.
