Andy Nicol’s Perfect Sunday Breakfast

“This is helping me get over the disappointment of yesterday’s defeat – I hope it does the same for you!”

Andy Nicol, former Scotland rugby captain and British & Irish Lion

The morning after the British & Irish Lions lost the second in a series of three Test matches against the Springboks, here is what Andy Nicol will be having for breakfast as he commiserates and contemplates the decider next weekend.

Andy played in the 1993 and 2001 Lions tours to New Zealand and Australia and he captained Scotland’s winning rugby team when it defeated England at Murrayfield in 2000. He also captained Bath to the Heineken Cup in 1998 – the first British side to lift the trophy.

Andy is now a sports commentator and CEO at Abstract UK (professional training and coaching https://www.abstractuk.co.uk)
