We are delighted to introduce Rose Murray Brown as the BIG dinner 2’s official wine expert. Rose is one of only 418 Masters of Wine worldwide – and one of only 149 women to hold the honour.
She runs regular wine tastings, wine dinners, wine courses, corporate wine events and organises and hosts bespoke wine tours abroad.
And she has written a weekly wine column in The Scotsman for 34 years.
There is nothing Rose doesn’t know about wine and pairing it with food, whether it is fine dining or an alfresco lunch, or simply to enjoy on its own. Over the next few months she will share her expertise with us. Cheers Rose.
