Work experience and training

From February to September 2012, 500 miles paid for me to get some work experience at the orthopaedic workshop in Stone Town in Zanzibar and then 500 miles arranged for me to study the course of orthopaedic technologist in Tanzania Training Centre for Orthopaedic Technologists (TATCOT) which is in Moshi Tanzania. I am now working towards a diploma in prosthetics and orthotics at TATCOT.

My vision

My vision is to make sure that the knowledge that I have been obtaining at TATCOT will be used well to provide a good service in prosthetics and orthotics in my country, especially Zanzibar.
